Bottle of Poison by The Fantastic Cavill

We went to see a new show at the MOMA on the weekend. It was by the Fantastic Cavill. We were able to sneak a digicam in and snap a shot of the painting above. It was very tricky to do!

The Fantastic Cavill also gave a talk at the opening. He said the keys to becoming a successful artist were being great at networking, being spoilt AND being from a rich family. He also said that before people started to pay him millions of dollars for his work that he had to live off his TRUST FUND.

Hard times for a truly great artist.

It was good to know though, because you might otherwise waste your time going to art college, dreaming and hoping that someday somehow you will be paid to do the thing that you love.
