Yeah, I don’t understand why it is out there so late when all the children have gone to bed. I think Pennywise is driving it.

OK…a reply over two years later, but here I go….I’ve been hearing the ice cream truck song in the neighborhood late at night and also in the early wee hours of the morning, between 1 am and 2 am. As for the Pennywise slant, yes…it may be him….I did see a red balloon for two days near a parked car across the street from my house. The balloon finally deflated. I haven’t taken the two coincidences lightly either!
