Yep, to coincide with Star Wars 30th birthday, Yoda has beaten the stiff competition to be the United States Postal Service Star Wars commemorative stamp. For a while I think Vader was in the lead there, but as it’s Yoda’s birthday, it’s a pretty cool result. I mean Vader turns out nice in the end and everything, but it’s not his birthday. So really, he shouldn’t win.

We have one of the R2-D2 postboxes in Hoboken, I’m delighted! I keep hugging it! We’ll take a photo of it this weekend.
